An ePoster session hosted by ResearchPosters.com will greatly enhance the reach and scope of your poster session, both during and after your meeting.  Attendees can view posters on their handheld devices, on digital kiosks, or back in the comfort of their room.
After the conference, the ePoster session serves as a permanent digital archive accessible to those in your membership who were unable to attend. Authors can be reached by email for follow-up discussions.

Each poster session includes a custom web page with your poster session schedule, poster format requirements, custom poster templates, and simple upload instructions. If your ePoster session is funded by a grant, we will include web links and acknowledgements for your sponsor.

We offer a suite of on-site services designed to make your poster session the very least of your concerns.
For a turnkey solution, we can liaison with the exhibit services vendor and oversee setup of the poster session area. We will print and apply the poster panel labels; complete with poster number, author(s), title, and QR codes*.
At our staffed poster station we will provide:

Pickup of printed posters & handouts
Storage of poster tubes
Return FedEx shipping
To complete the package, we offer a customizable poster hanging service. We can arrange this as an optional service billed to the individual presenters, or we can provide the service for your entire poster session at a flat rate. With either option we will assist with the tear-down at the end of the session.
